Our family’s journey in public service spans more than a-quarter-of-a-century. With roots deeply intertwined in the disciplines of the Army, detective work in homicide investigations, and trauma nursing, we’ve acquainted ourselves far too closely with the myriad faces of loss – particularly when it’s violent and unanticipated. We’ve spent countless years providing solace, prayers, an understanding heart, or merely a quietly mourning presence to families in their bleakest hours. Yet, tackling one facet of their grief was forever a challenge; the clean up after loss. The scant information available proved inadequate, leading to the inception of Legacy Decon.
